EMPOWERING LOCAL GROWTH
Project/Experience
With over 40 years of combined experience in real estate and community development, our team has led a wide range of impactful projects across urban markets. From revitalizing commercial corridors to supporting small business growth and adaptive reuse, we bring a multidisciplinary approach to every project—grounded in equity, sustainability, and long-term community value.
Here are a few highlights from our work:

THE FORGE is a Black & Brown led nonprofit committed to assuring long-term affordable spaces for Oakland's small businesses, nonprofits, artists and creatives

Originally opened in 1917 and redeveloped in 2000, Swan’s Market is now a vibrant Oakland destination that blends affordable and market-rate housing with local businesses, cultural spaces, and popular restaurants.

CityCenterDC is a 10-acre, mixed-use development in downtown Washington, D.C., featuring luxury residences, high-end retail, office space, restaurants, and public plazas, designed as a modern, walkable urban destination.

Fruitvale Transit Village is a nationally recognized development in Oakland that combines affordable housing, retail, and community services around a BART station. It’s a model for equitable, community-driven urban planning.
